How to configure the Virtual Assistant
Once you have filled out the questionnaire, your data is ready to be entered into the system. To make sure everything is in order, we will check the correctness of the configuration (for example, that all words are perfectly spoken by the Assistant) and contact you for confirmation.
Once you have confirmed your intention to continue with any changes, off you go!
How to install it
PensaciTu assigns you a phone number (currently only Italy and Great Britain are supported), to which the Assistant answers.
At this point you have two options:
- Recommended: program your telephone, already known to your contacts, so that it forwards calls that you cannot answer to the Assistant. For example, if you are a restaurant, you don't have to change the phone number. Simply make the Assistant your "super-intelligent, collaborative answering machine". We will send you the instructions, but it is usually very simple, just "call" a strange number from your phone, like *004**0212341234#.
- Give your contacts the Assistant number. For example, if you are a medical practice and you want a dedicated number for reservations–because you want to save operators time–you can advertise the PensaciTu number to your network and have operators receive emails and sms with booking requests.
How to use
Once installed, you will receive sms and emails with the requested information. Remember that:
You can choose whether or not to receive text messages and emails
You can change the messages by sending us an email
You can change some features at any time: if the room is closed, the Assistant can behave like a normal answering machine, or communicate a message and not wait for an answer ...
